Climbing camp for young people between 12 and 15 years at the youth hostel Echternach
17 - 19 February, 2010
In February, the third edition of the climbing camp will be held for beginners and advanced. Youth between 12 and 15 years take part at active carnival days in combination with climbing and action. Echternach’s youth hostel dispose of a 14 m high climbing wall and a close-by boulder area. During 3 days the youngsters will learn doing different knots and safety features and equipment. In addition, they will take home a lot of climbing hints. In our adventure parc (which is situated on a island next to the lake), the young people will face a height route and a lot of action.
The start will be the 17th February 2010 with ice-breaker activities and a short introduction to the climbing wall. This will give the youth the possibility to have a quick start the other day. The last day the hight ropes course takes part and you can see how far you can push the envelope. Furthermore, there will be some activites in our modern sports hall.

The charge of the climbing camp are 141 €, included are: 2 nights full boarded, introduction in climbing and climbing courses, adventure parc, animation and care.
