Larochette

Larochette (population 1.750), close to the scenic region of Mullerthal, is a popular tourist center.

The small town lies in a narrow, rocky valley, entirely surrounded by woods. Larochette is dominated by two old, partially rebuilt, castles which stand on a rocky crag high above the romantic valley of the White Ernz.

The picturesque market place, the narrow and the historical monuments make of Larochette a place where time occasionally stands still.
