What is the XY department doing, in fact?  How is the new employee working out?  Who is responsible for the ABC project?  Our team rally provides a casual, moderate athletic framework to get to know each other better in an uncomplicated manner and without the workday routine. Various stations, games, riddles and tasks are mastered in small groups here, to promote a capacity for cooperation, communication and team spirit.  The themes of a varied day full of fun, movement and a touch of adventure do not concern high performance, but getting to know each other, good cooperation and appropriate use of the diverse skills.
