Obwohl die Luxemburger K\u00fcche, bedingt durch ihre Geschichte, die eng mit dem Bauern Dasein des Landes verbunden ist, zwar einfach ist, hat sie weitaus mehr als eine reine Bauernk\u00fcche zu bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Immigranten, Italiener wie Portugiesen, aber auch die Nachbarl\u00e4nder Belgien, Deutschland und Frankreich haben auf die nationalen Gebr\u00e4uche eingewirkt und so die deftigen Bauerngerichte in kulinarische K\u00f6stlichkeiten verwandelt. Der Teig erinnert an Sp\u00e4tzleteig, welcher aber mit dem L\u00f6ffel abgesteckt wird und so eine Art Mehlkl\u00f6\u00dfe entstehen. Diese werden vorgekocht und dann in der Pfanne angebraten. Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln raspeln, etwas Mehl dazugeben, ein verquirltes Ei unterheben und mit fein gehackter Petersilie w\u00fcrzen und schon ist der Teig fertig. Die Reibekuchen portionsweise im Fett ausbacken und fertig ist das einfache, aber schmackhafte Luxemburger Gericht.
