Nun stehen aber kurzfristig noch weitere Modernisierungsarbeiten auf dem Programm. Bereits in diesem Winter werden die Sanit\u00e4rbereiche im Hauptgeb\u00e4ude erneuert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des Weiteren ist die Neugestaltung der Rezeption geplant, welche mit einem kleinen Bistrot und einem Aufenthaltsbereich erg\u00e4nzt werden soll. Diese Arbeiten erm\u00f6glichen einerseits die Verlegung &#8211; aus dem Keller ins Erdgeschoss &#8211; der gesamten Elektrik, Informatik und Sicherheitstechnik die durch die rezenten Hochwasser stark besch\u00e4digt wurden.
