If you are reading this, it means that you are interested in social, sporting and educational tourism for children, young people and families — in other words, the youth hostel movement.

If you’re interested in more than just finding cheap accommodation, join us! Support our efforts to promote social, sporting and educational tourism, and help prepare youth hostels for the future.

We offer the perfect opportunity to do so. Don’t hesitate to become a member of our association and discuss the development potential of youth hostels with us. As a member, you will gain regular insights into the inner workings of youth hostels and become part of the members’ committee. This committee participates in decisions concerning the development of youth hostels at the annual general meeting.

Is that not enough for you, and would you like to get even more involved?

As a member, you can also do this! You can apply to join the board. If elected, you will play an even greater role in the day-to-day running of the youth hostels. You will also have the opportunity to advise the management and represent the youth hostels within international federations.
