1 mobile receptionist/ waiter (m/f)

  • Location: Entire hostel network
  • Contract type: Permanent contract
  • Weekly hours: 40 h/week

candidate profile

  • Preferably a qualification in the hospitality sector
  • Good language skills (at least 3 languages)
  • A Category B driving licence and your own car
  • Be welcoming, cheerful, punctual and reliable
  • Show initiative, a sense of responsibility, motivation and a high degree of flexibility
  • Be able to work independently and be a team player
  • Professional experience in the sector would be an advantage

Tasks

  • Welcome guests to the youth hostel in a welcoming manner
  • Work at the front desk (telephone, post, check-in, bookings, till)
  • Keep the booking records up to date using the management software
  • Answer the telephone and deal with post
  • Handle check-in and check-out
  • Check the rooms before guests leave
