Welcome to the camping Toodlermillen
Family & youth camp
The Toodlermillen camping is situated in an idyllic valley on the banks of the Sûre. The campsite’s natural setting is appealing for its seclusion and tranquillity, as well as for its proximity to the Upper Sûre Nature Park, the small town of Esch-sur-Sûre, and the Upper-Sûre reservoir. Several of the Eislek region’s renowned hiking trails start from the campsite. There are 120 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, as well as three quick stop pitches for maximum 2 nights.
A preserved natural setting, with facilities to suit everyone: families, groups, travellers or simply nature lovers — there’s a camping option here for everyone.

When booking online, only the non-member prices are displayed. Upon presentation of a ‘Hostelling International’ membership card, the price difference will be reimbursed during the check-in process (except for bookings via third party sites).

How to
reach us
By public transport
Buses run between Toodlermillen, Luxembourg City and Ettelbruck. The ‘Tadler, Kierfecht’ bus stop is a 15 minutes walk from the campsite. For further information and timetables for journeys to and from the ‘Tadler, Kierfecht’ stop: www.mobiliteit.lu.
By bicycle
We recommend the 1:50,000 scale ‘Luxembourg by cycle’ cycling maps published by ProVelo asbl (www.provelo.lu). These maps are available in all hostels.
Parking facilities
Parking spaces are available at the campsite entrance and near each pitch.

Our rules and other
important information

Arrival & Departure
Check-in is available between 2 pm and 6 pm. If you are arriving after this time, please inform reception so that your pitch remains reserved. No refunds will be given for late arrival and/or early departure. On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their pitch by midday and check out at reception.

Opening hours
The reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm. Access to and from the campsite is controlled by a barrier which is closed from 10 pm to 8 am.

Silence at night & noise
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. We ask all guests to be considerate of other campers during the day, too, and to avoid making unnecessary noise. The volume of radios, televisions and other devices must not disturb other campers.

Mini-shop & breakfast service
There is a small shop at reception selling basic groceries. You can make larger shopping trips to Heiderscheid (6 km away) or Pommerloch (15 km away). There is also a camping shop in Heiderscheid. Orders for the breakfast service must be placed at reception by 6 pm previous day.

Pitches
- All pitches are numbered. Everyone must stay on the pitch allocated to them upon arrival. The location of each pitch can be viewed on the site map.
- A maximum of six people are permitted per pitch.
- On departure, the pitch must be left empty, clean and completely tidy
