Team Total

Sometimes the journey itself is the goal. Throughout this active half-day, fun and team spirit are essential for moving forward. Together, we explore the themes of trust and cooperation. We use cooperative methods drawn from adventure education. The complexity of the tasks is, of course, tailored to the participants’ individual skills and ages, as well as to the group’s dynamics, so that participants are often challenged but never overwhelmed. Developing solution strategies within the group requires the collaboration of all participants and provides a safe space to try out new ways of acting within the group or class.
