1 receptionist/waiter (m/f)

  • Location: Lultzhausen
  • Contract type: CDI
  • Weekly hours: 40 h/sem.

Candidate profile

  • Preferably trained in the HORECA sector
  • Excellent language skills (minimum 3 languages) and computer literacy
  • Welcoming, friendly, punctual, and reliable
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and highly flexible
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving licence (Category B) and own transport
  • Professional experience in this sector would be advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Welcome youth hostel guests with a spirit of hospitality
  • Balance daily cash registers
  • Maintain up-to-date reservation records using the management system
  • Handle telephone enquiries and correspondence
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Assist with catering services (restaurant service, bar, terrace)
