Children’s care
and facilities for young people

Since 2004, the Luxembourg Youth Hostels Association has developed a dynamic network of childcare facilities and services for young people. It has become an essential partner for local authorities and families alike.

This network enjoys good synergy with youth hostels, particularly with regard to meal preparation. Nurseries, after-school childcare and youth centres establish close relationships with all local stakeholders, including parents, local authorities, primary schools, sports clubs and cultural organisations, as well as the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth.

These facilities provide families with high-quality educational support in environments designed to promote children’s development. Thanks to innovative and inclusive teaching approaches, every child and young person can thrive in an environment that is both stimulating and safe, where their individual characteristics and needs are fully respected and valued.
