Burfelt forest discovery centre
The Forest Discovery Centre aims to inspire interest in nature and promote understanding of environmental protection through active experience of nature. The centre offers guided nature tours and outdoor environmental education. The guided tours are organised in consultation with the teaching staff and therefore fully meet the educational objectives.

Access: To facilitate access, we recommend you arrive with your own bus. Should you not have your own bus, we can organise the transfer with a bus company. The Burfelt discovery centre can be reached by foot by taking the rambling path along the lake (Distance: 4 km, approx. 1 hour by foot).
General information: Please wear sturdy shoes and clothes suitable for the weather. Programme can only be booked in combination with meals and/or accommodation. For extern groups an additional administration fee of 20 € will be charged.
