Should parents be present throughout their children’s activities?
When children are bowling, at least one responsible adult must remain on site.

What services are included in the bowling birthday package?
The birthday package includes two hours’ hire of the bowling alley for up to ten children, as well as a birthday cake and drinks, including hot chocolate, fairtrade fruit juice and water. It also includes a decorated table, PDF-format birthday invitations and a birthday card for the birthday boy or girl. An additional fee is required for extra pizzas, pasta or to extend the rental period.

Apart from the legal provisions regarding civil liability, bowling is played at your own risk.

Prices are per hour and per group of up to 10 people.

Do you have to be a member or guest of the youth hostel to use the bowling alley?
The bowling alley is open to all guests of the youth hostel, as well as to external visitors. If you just want to try bowling once, there is no need to become a member. However, if you plan to come regularly, we recommend becoming a member.

May I eat and/or drink in the bowling alley?
In principle, eating and drinking are allowed in the bowling alley. However, you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. The youth hostel offers a variety of catering options to suit all budgets. You can find out about these options and book your favourite menu in advance.

Can you use the bowling alley in your own shoes, or do you have to hire bowling shoes?
Access to the lane is only permitted with dry, clean shoes. We recommend that you use the bowling shoes provided, but this is not mandatory.

What is the minimum age for starting to bowl?
Children aged 6 and above can use the bowling alley thanks to a ramp. However, they must always be accompanied by an adult.
