The Thillenvogtei Rural Museum in Rindschleiden, Luxembourg’s smallest village, takes visitors back to life in 1900. Everyone can get involved and experience the work of the past for themselves. Tell, see, touch, do it yourself is the motto of this unique experience. The following programmes are available (please specify your choice when making your enquiry):
a. Baking bread

b. Mother’s housework

c. Sewing lessons
From 8 years old Max. 25 participants 2.5 hours 350€ per group January – August

e. Wood workshop
From 8 years old Max. 25 participants 3 hours 300–400€ depending on group size April – August
f. Playing like in the old days
From 6 years old Max. 35 participants 3 hours 250–450€, depending on group size January–August
g. The herb witch from Rindschleiden
From 7 years old Max. 25 participants 3 hours 250–750€, depending on group size and duration January–July.
h. Potato harvest
From 4 years old, max. 45 participants, 3–5 hours, 450–650€, depending on group size, early September–late October.
i. Apple harvest
From 4 years old, max. 45 participants, 3 hours, 450–650€, depending on group size, early September–late October.
j. Apple and potato harvest
From 4 years old, max. 45 participants; 5 hours, 650–900€, depending on group size, min. 12 people per group, max. depending on activity, early September to late October.
k. Easter as in the past
From 4 years old 5 hours (with lunch break) 550–675€, depending on group size March.
l. St Nicholas search

Access: To get to this activity, we recommend that you arrive in your own bus (journey time approx. 15 minutes). If you don’t have a bus on site, we can organise a transfer with a bus company for an extra charge.
General information: Please wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing. Pack a lunch (not included in the price). Programme can only be booked in combination with meals and/or accommodation. For extern groups an additional administration fee of 20 € will be charged.
