This six-day self-guided cycling tour takes you through three fascinating regions of Gutland, where you can explore the characteristic landscapes alongside the rivers Sûre, Alzette and Moselle. The route passes picturesque sites such as Larochette, with its impressive rocky landscape; the historic town of Echternach; the small Moselle town of Remerschen; and Esch-sur-Alzette, which has an important industrial heritage. You will experience the diversity of Luxembourg, from the capital to the charming regions in the centre, east and south of the country.

Planning your route
- Choose a route in advance according to length, difficulty and elevation
- Download the GPX files and offline maps to your GPS or cycling app
- Check the weather forecast
- Tell someone where you’re going
- Take enough water and snacks

- A bicycle in good working order that meets Luxembourg road regulations:
- a bell
- two independent brakes
- a white or yellow front light
- reflectors on the wheels (or a continuous reflective strip on the tyres)
