Day 1:
Arrival in Echternach
Dinner and overnight stay with breakfast at the youth hostel in Echternach

Day 2:
Gentle cycle tour to the adventure playground in Rosport
24 km and 100 metres uphill
Extension possible to 37 km or 50 km
Packed lunch; dinner; overnight stay with breakfast at the youth hostel in Echternach

Day 3:
Cycle tour: Echternach - Rosport - Moersdorf - Mompach - Echternach
33 km and 300 metres uphill
Packed lunch; dinner; overnight stay with breakfast in the youth hostel Echternach

Day 4:
Rocky tour: Echternach - Kalkesbach - Consdorf - Kobebour - Altrier - Bech - Echternach
33 km and 400 metres uphill
Packed lunch
End of the tour
