During this hiking tour we discover the natural forest reserve ‘Grouf’. The tour starts right at the youth hostel and leads across winding paths through the gardens of the romantic village. The walk continues through the vineyards up to the nature reserve with its beautiful views and nice old, beech tree and oak forests. If you’re lucky, you’ll find some fossils, such as petrified snails or similar. A break will be made during the hike.

Our guides take you on this tour to the isolated nature reserve called ‚Kuebendällchen‘. The habitat of the region is diverse and rich due to different kinds of forests, shrubbery and wet and dry soil. The hiking trail leads to Wintrange and continues through the small valley of the ‘Kurlerbaach’ until you reach the southern border of the nature reserve. You then follow the path through the beech forest and arrive at the plateau. You just have to continue over the ‘Steppchen’ and the ‘Fëlsbierg’ to arrive back in the valley.

A ship of Navitours Sàrl. takes you through the locks of the Moselle. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, the journey goes from Remich via the lock in Apach to Sierck-les-Bains and back to Remich. On Thursdays and Fridays the ship will take you from Remich via the lock in Stadtbredimus to Ehnen and back again.
