Bowling is not always bowling. Every bowling facility works differently. That's why we have briefly summarised the most important questions about our bowling alley.

 

With the help of a ball ramp, children as young as 6 can use the bowling alley. However, children must always be accompanied by at least one adult.

Dry and clean shoes are mandatory on the bowling alley. One does not have to use the bowling shoes provided. However, one is welcome to borrow them on site.

Eating and drinking is generally allowed in the bowling alley. Unfortunately, one’s not allowed to bring one’s own food and drinks. However, the youth hostel offers a wide range of catering services to suit all budgets. You are welcome to inform yourself in advance about the various catering offers and book your favourite menu.

The bowling alley is available to all overnight and day guests. For those only wanting to try bowling once, a membership is optional. However, those that come to bowl regularly, a membership is recommended.

Yes, to be sure that the alley is free, it is best to reserve in advance by sending an email to beaufort@youthhostels.lu or by calling the number (+352) 26 27 66 300.

Apart from the legal liability regulations, everyone bowls at their own risk and liability.

The birthday package includes a two-hour rental of the bowling alley for 10 children, including birthday cake and drinks (drinking chocolate, Fairtrade juice and water), as well as a table reservation with decorations, birthday invitations in PDF format and a greeting card for the birthday child. For an additional charge, pizza or pasta can also be ordered or the duration of the rental can be extended.

At least one accompanying adult must be present during the birthday bowling.
